Can I own land in Mexico?

Yes! But because Las Colinas is in the restricted zone, established Mexican law allows it through a bank trust deed. Click here to learn more about the bank trust deed.

Is there title/insurance paperwork like in the U.S.?

Unlike the US that uses escrows and title companies, a notary public in Mexico, who has much broader powers, reviews and signs off on this binding paperwork.

Who will be managing the property?

We have identified several property management companies in town that can provide oversight and security.

Can we put up a satellite dish on our property?

Absolutely! We can probably even point you in the right direction to procure those services.
